Return & Exchanges
We are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction with your purchases at BellaBoutique. We understand the importance of experiencing products firsthand when shopping online, so we have a clear and fair returns and exchanges policy. Please read the following carefully before making a return.
I. Policy Applicability
Timeframe: You must contact us within 30 days of receiving your item to request a return or exchange.
Item Condition: Returns and exchanges must be new, unworn, unwashed, free of stains or damage, and with all original tags (e.g., hang tags, care labels) intact. Items must also be returned in their original packaging (e.g., plastic bag, gift box).
Required Documentation: Please keep your original order number or delivery receipt; it is required to process your return or exchange.
II. Ineligible Returns and Exchanges
To ensure that all customers receive consistent product quality, we will not accept returns or exchanges on the following items:
Items that have been worn, washed, processed, or altered.
Items with removed or damaged tags.
Items that are damaged, stained, have an odor, or show signs of use.
Items that have exceeded the 30-day return or exchange period.
Special sale items, clearance items, or promotional gifts (unless there are serious quality issues).
Underwear, swimwear, socks, and other intimate apparel for hygiene reasons (unless they are unopened or have quality issues).
III. Return and Exchange Process
Please follow the steps below carefully to ensure your request is processed quickly:
Step 1: Contact Customer Service
Before returning an item, please contact us via email or online customer service.
Please provide your order number, the name and size of the item you are returning, and the reason for your return (e.g., wrong size, color change, quality issue, etc.).
Our customer service staff will generate a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for you.
Step 2: Mail the item
Please package the eligible item, along with the original packaging and shipping label (if applicable).
Important: Please include a note inside the package stating your name, order number, and RMA number.
Ship the package to the address we provide.
Step 3: Processing and Refund/Exchange
We will process your return within 7 business days of receiving and inspecting the product.
Refund: Once approved, the refund will be credited back to your original payment account. Please note that processing by your bank or payment platform may take additional time, and the time it takes for the refund to arrive varies by institution. Please note: Shipping costs (including shipping fees) are non-refundable.
Exchange: If you choose to exchange your product, we will arrange a replacement product upon confirmation. If the product you wish to exchange is out of stock, we will negotiate a replacement or refund.
IV. Quality Issues and Wrong or Missing Shipments
We conduct rigorous quality inspections, but if you unfortunately receive any of the following:
Products with quality issues (such as holes, loose threads, or significant color differences): Please provide clear photos or videos for verification.
Wrong or Missing Shipments: This is an error on our part. Please contact us immediately. We will cover all shipping costs and resend the correct product as soon as possible.
5. Shipping Costs
Return and Exchange Shipping Costs: Returns and exchanges due to personal reasons (such as dissatisfaction with the size or style) are at your own expense. For exchanges, we will cover the reshipping costs.
Quality Issues/Wrong Shipment/Misdelivery: Returns and exchanges due to our errors are at your own expense.
6. Final Interpretation
BellaBoutique reserves the right of final interpretation of this policy. We reserve the right to update this policy without prior notice, as permitted by law. Updated policies will be posted on our website.
